When does a creator get paid?

After the earning window closes, the brand reviews the submission. In the standard flow, it is automatically approved after 3 days if the brand takes no action. The payout then starts; the money usually reaches the creator's bank in about 7 days, and a first payout can take a little longer.

How are my views counted?

Treffix reads view counts from the official TikTok and Instagram APIs. The totals refresh automatically throughout the earning window.

What does Treffix cost?

Treffix has one service fee at settlement: Brands pay 17%, calculated on the Creator reward excluding VAT. Creators pay no fee. We add 21% VAT to the Treffix fee. VAT on the Creator reward is separate and depends on the Creator's declared VAT situation.

How do I keep spending predictable?

You set a total campaign budget and a maximum payout per creator. Approved payouts stay within both limits. You pay only for verified results.
