Service description

Treffix is a performance-based creator marketing platform connecting Dutch and EU brands with content creators on TikTok and Instagram. Brands fund campaigns at submission time via Stripe Connect direct charge; creators are paid in cash by verified view performance. Treffix does not hold creator earnings on its own balance sheet.

Online dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board, but disputes can also be addressed directly via the contact details above.
